Dow was up over 1K before Trump had the presser. It gained another 1K in the last few mins of the session.

Thanks for this. I sort of understand what you are saying but could you please expand on this? Are you using a weekly chart to see if a top retest fails and retraces back down?

After that you buy a long dated put option with what sort of delta? More than 50?
