    I have been practicing Hatha yoga for the last couple of months.

    I was wondering if anyone has anything to say about yoga?

    yoga-flame is much harder to achieve I believe.
  5. I do Bikram Yoga every morning at 7:00am.

    Love it. Sweat about 3 buckets worth :)

  7. I've got this book at home and love it. It's useful for total beginners as well as people who can contort like Gumby (he explains every pose and gives several variants for every skill level).
    The spiral bound form is great so you can have it right in front of you while you stretch.

    Yoga makes your joints feel like there are springs in them and your body feels much lighter, and you feel much healthier because you are.
