Ouch $319 for that matrox card.

Thinkin ATI 9000Pro and an ATI 7500 PCI would be better cost wise.

IMO too many moniters just gives you too much to look at.

If your trading remotely IMO 3 moniters is enuf -- 2 moniters on trading system, one for all your "other stuff".

Glad you mentioned this. I was going to buy that video card.

Im not sure, but any decent new system should be outfitted with a card that can support at least 2 moniters. Nvidias are the cheapest...matrox and appian are expensive.

btw.... appian tech support told me that my crashing had to be result of my substandard system...nice respoinse after i spent $500+ on that pos.
BEWARE- more expensive doesnt always mean better performance.

I have 2 Rushmore cards. Had problems with one of them. This turned out to be an old model. When I contacted Appian support about this they immediately replaced this card with a brand new one. (that's why I have one ofr sale)

Had different experiences with Matrox support .....

Never know if its worth it to get the most up-to-date card, like the ATI 9600, or settle for the MX440 line.
