I sometimes wonder where you are coming from porgie

granted some of the things you say is probably dead accurate (but the other stuff is well strange)

 

i find porgie kind of entertaining

Why do you think volente_00 is a gambler? If he is a gambler who consistently wins more than he loses, is that a bad thing? There are many people who make millions gambling. How long would a losing gambler be able to win more than they lose?

I would be interested to see your rule based system. As you are obviously a professional trader and not a gambler, why not share some of your expertise instead of knocking others.

ps. Posting in all capitals looks like a sign of madness. Just look at the other people who do it

IF U THINK JMOWERY, FOR INSTANCE, SHOULD FOLLOW VOL'S SYSTEM WHICH IS GAMBLING AND IF HE WINS IN THE END THAT IS GREAT.....I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL, JUST EXPERIENCED....JMOWERY NEEDS A SYSTEM THAT MOST PEOPLE NEED....VERY CONSERVATIVE, VERY ACCURATE AND CERTAINLY NOT "WINS MORE THAT LOSES" AS MEASUREMENT OF SUCCESS............THAT IS WHERE THE EMOTIONAL DAMAGE REALLY OCCURS, ON THE MULTIPLE LOSSES.....THEY ARE NOT NECESSARY .....A LOSS FOR ME IS ALMOST NEVER WORSE THAN A BREAKEVEN........LARGE CAPS ARE DUE TO WEAK EYESIGHT .....VOLENTE HAS A LARGE ACCOUNT AND HE CAN SUSTAIN THE DRAWDOWNS.....AND KNOWS HOW TO TRADE HIS STUFF......NOVICES DOING THAT WILL GET SMOKED........

 

But how do you go from being a novice to someone who never makes a loss? Perhaps you could tell us how to trade and get out at breakeven at worst every time. Is there anyone here who has been able to just make profit doing this and hasn't had to learn how to deal with having a few losses along the way?
