Although the above mostly true, there are exceptions. It never stops to amaze me that if I share an idea for free, nobody takes it seriously, but if I charge X dollars for it, a dozen people signs up to learn it.

Case in point, I shared my 50 points strategy in the chatroom. Although there were about 10 people in the room, I think there was only one asking questions about it.

I noticed this similar behaviour long time ago, and that's why I am not affraid to share ideas. Because at least 80% of the people reading it either not interested or don't recognize the value of it, and probably half of the rest is willing to give it a try. That would be 10% of the people who got the idea for free and maybe even less who actually going to profit from it...

After 2 days of 100-100 points rally and before FOMC meeting sideways was a rather predictable movement. I wonder if anybody was using Bollinger today? There were 4 valid entry points (so far) with at least 10 points gains each....

  3. Why not keep it to yourself then sir? Oh, I forgot. It's because you mistakenly assume that any of this has real value. You probably also believe that you are the only person in the world to find any of it as well. The sad reality is that most of what you feel you are "sharing" was discovered long before you ever knew what a futures contract was. As you were sir.

Because the whole point of this website is sharing ideas. There is no point in exchanges like this:

    Trader A: I have a good system.
Trader B: Good for you. I have one too.
Trader C: I have no system and I envy you two.
Trader A: Bad for you and anyway, I have to go to tend my garden.

Probably you don't get the point anyway... But I would like to point out a slight inconsistency in your post:

    1. First you state that my discovery has no value. (maybe so, but)

    2. Then you state that it has been already discovered by others.

Now might I ask, what is the point in discovering strategies that has no value??? I mean not for me, because I have obviously no common sense, but for others?

    Sir? :)

  7. Actually son, there were no inconsistencies in my previous post. What you mistakenly believe are "nuggets" of information are really "old hat". Since you lack any real experience or knowledge, it is fair to say that you are most likely performing a combination of data mining and hindsight analysis. This is consistent with beginning traders. I would also never reference those bollinger bands again if I were you. It's a dead giveaway. Once again, as you were son.

  9. I know the truth hurts son. A bit of tough love never hurt anyone. Unfortunately, it appears that you "wasted" all those hours staring at meaningless charts and patterns that elude you. Instead, you could have been practicing your grammar and spelling. Sorry, no I will not fund your trading account any longer.

I am too lazy to repost the rules but you will find them somewhere in this thread where I previously posted them between page 1 and 700.
