  1. No you are not part of the slew of people I have on ignore. 1) you have not asked me any stupid questions. 2) I have not seen you insult me or anyone else.

1)As for myself, I have never insulted anyone. Show me one post where I ever insulted anyone. At times I may have been entertaining or kjoking in manner, but I never insulted anyone. All I did was post my trades and was attacked visciously by the community. My lawyer says I have a good case against the site administrator/owner and the people who attacked me. They caused me to become ineffective in my livelihood, and also caused me emotional grief.

2)On this last trade I am down about 140 points as of now. Even if I were to take the loss right now, I would still be up 470 points in profits. Let me repeat, I would still have 470 profits from the dozen or so trades I have posted on this thread. That's how good I am/was. That's how far ahead of the game I am/was.

No, I am not closing out the position today, though I am aware the Dec contract expires in a week. It is a week isn't it?

    3) Someone asked me in a PM if this is the first time I have posted live calls. Heck no! Here are some samples:

Now finally we are having a conversation as adults. Good. Let's keep it like that.

Well, I can see a few reasons, why some people can get mad at you:

-- they piggybacked your trade and got hurt

-- certainly your attitude didn't help either (I am refering here to the "I don't need no stop loss" kind of arrogance)

-- some people are jealous of good traders, but hey, you can look at it as a compliment

The sad (pityful?) thing was about this last trade, that it went in your way about 5 times, but you refused to take a small gain, or at least lock the position in at breakeven.

Both my advised strategies could have saved you plenty of emotional and monetary distress. (20 points moving stop loss or breakout channel trading).

Now here is my advise for the future:

First of all it takes guts to post live trades. I admire anyone who can do that. But with public glory also comes public humiliation, if the trades don't go the expected way. So if you still plan on posting live trades, get use to criticism and such.

Second, look at this event as a learning exercise, and START USING STOP LOSSES!!! I think you learnt the lesson.

Third, if you keep posting good trades, a few months from now not many people will remember that little intermezzo.

Fourth, forget about lawyers and suing anybody. It just destroys your credibility and anyway, it is pretty much impossible over a newsgroup.

Fifth, if you want to build a verifiable trackrecord (basicly that's what you are trying to do) go to collective2.com and for not much of money, you can have public trades without even risking real money. If you are good and get subscribers, you can get money out of it.

Sixth, since you are looking for more capital to trade, you have to act in a more responsible way. I am talking trademanagement here. For someone to trust you with big money, they expect professional behaviour. Also see again points #2 and #5.

I think these are sensible advises, just think about them for a while and cool off over the weekend.

As about the trade, I am bullish so there is a good chance that you might even get out of it with a smaller loss/breakeven...

  5. You may wish to refer to the last post on page 251 of this thread, wherein I quoted a perfectly fine insult you directed at me in your second paragraph. Interestingly, your original post is no longer there. I congratulate your editing. (Please don't suggest that I "created" your quote because you would have already complained about it.) So much for your statement of "fact."
Ineffective in your livelihood, eh? And of course, that has nothing to do with you and your trading "strategy." You are only responsible for the good trades, no doubt. The ineffectiveness is attributed solely to posters on this board who are reaching out to you against your will. If I may make an observation, you are so full of shit that your eyes must be well and truly brown.

You have been itching and poking around with the idea that you want to manage other people's money. Can you really see people entrusting their money to someone who can get derailed and destabilized by honest questions and criticism on a message board? Think again.

Any of you lease a Cbot seat for YM trading? The leases have come down a lot.

Closed out 10845 on this pullback. +29. One of my harder trades. Recognizing that market has entered a trading range helped my position.

  10. Nice find Pekelo! I'm gonna setup an account this weekend. Will keep the board informed, assuming I actually do something with it. I find posting live trades difficult... this might be just the thing for me.

Thanks again for the tip Pekelo.
