  2. Alcohol makes people do things they wouldn't ordinarily do. Like kill someone.

    Omg.
    Who are you? Cotton Mather...?

You know what alcohol sales were in the U.S, last year? A quarter of a trillion dollars.
    $250B

The headlines are full of folks that would never touch a drink.... but they try to fuck a 12yo in their congregation. Ok?
    Lets move on.
    Is what it is buddy.
As far as I'm concerned, I don't trust men that don't drink... or dislike dogs.
There's a big effing difference between someone who can drink... and a drunk. Big difference.

    Here's the BIG difference.
There are people who "prefer not to drink"... for whatever reason. Calories, makes you tired, whatever...

And then then there's people who proudly profess .... "they don't drink".
    That's when it gets weird...
Trust me bud, I've seen all sides.
    You're a kid.

There is far more chance that Trump will be dead in 4 years then him becoming President again. 4 years is an eternity to be out of politics and Trump will be even older then Biden is now by then. The mess of issues Trump has to deal with in his personal life ( financing, legal ) will weigh heavily on his popularity with anyone on the fence right now. I suspect he'll retire if he has any sense left in him, or die trying to reclaim his youth.

I've seen all sides of this from experience and although I rarely drink anymore I have no problems hanging out with people who do. Anybody who gets overly religious about alcohol, drugs, sex, pro life, child rearing etc etc is either young and stupid as you said or not somebody I'd want to be around. The only people who should be vocally proud they don't drink are alcoholics that are beating it.

Actually he's not. Not the kind of charges that are coming his way from Cyrus Vance, Jr., New York County, DA. These are felony charges; not civil charges. They are accompanied by prison time if convicted. It may be more difficult to settle them out of court than a charge of defamation stemming from a rape of someone 30 years ago. There is more than inability to admit defeat that was/is making him desperate for another four years.

Half of the great music from the 60's through the early 90s were developed with alcohol. Another 20% were developed with harder stimulants/depressants. The rest after that was just bad hip-hop and rehashed blues.

All good art was created in a fugue state, man.

I suggest that people that talk down about people that drink, can't drink.

They can't drink for medical reasons, or because it makes them sick.

So rather than accept it and move on; they'd rather hate on those that can drink.

    Simplemindedness.
