I don't think that's a fair characterization of either party. Both parties have their constituents they will support and another group they don't, You hear what you hear based on what group you are in.
With all due respect... you are 1000000000% wrong on this. Politicians are not angels, none of them. Not even close. They're all one side of the same coin.
Of course, so do thieves and slumlords and pimps and prostitutes... it doesn't make some obviously morally superior to others though. Don't let "mamala" fool you. They need to do an ugly job and so they're ugly people. This is a case where the ends justify the means. I guarantee if you read a history book about your "favorite" president there will be many accounts of just how reprehensibly they acted. Lol
If they didn’t stand for something, you would be indifferent between trump and kamala. But you’ve stated many reasons in this thread why you support trump and republicans over Kamala and the democrats.
I never said they are angels. minorites like what the democrats are pitching, rural white males like what trump is pitching.
Not everything boils down to identy politics. Why don't you attempt to gain a few IQ points so that you can dig a little deeper than skin color to make a decision?
Granted, but it's the parties that are more different... not the specific politicians themselves. And the Dems have totally "jumped the shark". The Dems are failing at their stated mission and yet they want more time and money? If you paid close attention to my argument for Trump you'd know it was to remove the Dems (who have been in power for 12 of the last 16 years) from power and moderate. It's not because I'm a big supported of Trump or Kamala per se. Voting for someone's personality is rather naive.
I don't like the identity politics and the pigeonholing. There's no shortage of minorities who are Republicans. The Dems are great at dividing the country based on identity, that's the very problem. That's exactly why their favorite tactic is so insidious, the sentiment is sweet but no one will be better off waiting for a wealth transfer and I'll refer you back to Thatcher's statement in that regard. "he would rather that the poor were poorer, provided that the rich were less rich" The extremely wealthy people in this country (Montenego) are generally Democrats and for good reason... they're the ones that benefit the most from those policies.
8 of the last 16 years. And trump removed all the republicans too. Trump hated Obama. He supported Hillary in 2008. he only became a republican when he ran in like 2015 or so. And I believe he could craft a message that resonated with enough republicans.
