P/E applies for me personally for growing companies. I don't just trade, I've also got a bit tucked away in real world companies. It's incredibly hard to maintain what I have to do, and if I die in a car accident or other way, I'll have money to give every month for family. As a matter of fact, I've made money purchasing in debt companies before. It's scummy, but it does pay the bills.
