Yeah....and who's watching the conflicts in and around the
    SEC and NASD....

The objective of many lawyers is to get a job at the SEC or NASD...and then make the big bucks at a corporation vulnerable to some type of legal action...

Hey guys and gals wink at each other on both sides of the fence...

    Legal business is big...and weird....

These conflicts enable the big money to stay in action...and a
lot of entrepreneurs to get eliminated...at the cost of the public...

Yeah...look at who's really behind the PDT...oh...and there are no conflicts with the VP Cheney...Halliburton...etc...

The plodders, the jealous, the stupid, the greedy, etc all try to feed off 'the movers and shakers' of this world.

And of course the same plodders, the jealous, the stupid, the greedy, etc especially love it when 'the movers and shakers' trip up as they inevitably and occasionally must.

  3. Does "trip up" mean caught stealing millions and even billions of the tax payers and investors money?

Well what are you referring to?

Paper millions or billions mean diddly squat. Enron was a paper fraud .. they weren't stealing anything; there were inventing paper revenues and actually paying tax on it!

Federal budget: thats zillions in deficit and yet its politicians who try to throttle the sh*t out of Wall Street.

As to investors allegedly losing out; how " lucky is it for a fool and his money to get together in the first place" (Wall street: Gordon Gekko).

The point is...who's watching ex and current SEC, NASD employees who use the government employee background as their future big big revenue stream...in Corporate America...

Legal is big money..big weird...can eliminate lots of good American entrepreneurs...

We all know that this "winking across the fence" takes place every day....

    American freedom....hmmm....

  7. CFTC is much better. Because the people behind the scenes are actually traders, not mutual fund and brokerage shmucks.
