The point is that people of your political persuasion should stay there.

 

i don't get what the homeless situation in NY has to do with people of my political persuasion.

maybe it's like saying, people of your political persuasion should stay in downtrodden decrepid old towns that are failing in the new economy.

 

Why are the states with the highest homeless population all deep blue? I'm sure continuing to vote for bigger government, more rules and regulation will fix that right up.
