Xii Amex Tracking Sector

Can anyone tell me what makes up XII. I have checked the AMEX site and have not been able find the information.

This list of companies looks like a list of companies that are noted as major holdings of mutual and pension funds. That said, can on assume that if Xii is up that the big guys are buying and if it is down they are selling?
