    Dreading the new TT release.

Every time they come out with a new version it's incompatible with eurex exchange leading to downtimes and server upgrades, why don't they get this stuff sorted before they release it?

You just about get stable on the old version and they bring out a new one with new bugs. The current version I'm using flashes all sorts of random colours on areas of the screen during trading, I have no faith in it. They can't even organise an option for execute on the down click of the right mouse button, it happens on the up click. This has been asked for for years.

I think they should focus on a stable fast platform for the money stop adding rubbish to justify the cost. CQG are specialists and far more reliable for customer care than TT.

  5. Strange, I'm using the same version and there are no such a 'color' flashes or bugs... but I do not access to Eurex.

Clearly it's years TT does not develop an amending feature with the right-click of the mouse directly on MD or other basic features (such as a Net P/L, deducting the commissions) you can find in a basic platform as Jtrader...:(

Still I cannot imagine scalpers surfing the order book between dozens of orders just to amend a trade volume from 100 to 99...

I use both X-Trader and CQGTrader, like both a lot. I recommend anyone doing less than 500 rt a month to look at CQGTrader. If I had a gun to my head I would probably go with CQG.

  7. CQG integrated client still doesn't have trade automation, while x trader pro does

In the 7x3 version of CQG integrated client there is a capability to automate order placement based on your alerts that you have programmed in CQG. Any type of conditions you already have can be used to trigger placement of orders.
