Can't speak for the electronic side, but if you ask anyone who has spent any time on the floor of the Merc, the'll tell you they're the biggest bunch of crooks in the building.
FWIW, I've met one of the original founders of Spike (he sold out a few years ago), and well let's just say I'm not a huge fan of his, a unique combination of a tool and a$$hole, but in his defense, he's made a shitload of money, something I respect very much !!! Vega
