For anyone crazy enough to be trading this beast (and likes technicals) Check out this chart... The arb has just bounced off the 62% fib retracement level from the recent low of -16.60 (03/02) to the high of -7.69 (03/09) Any targets in mind?
I have a European client that trades this beast for size - and targets / stop levels are always the most contentious issues. Of course, he hired me to create some diversity away from the Krakken.
Does anyone have a good free source for charting the ICE exchange spread, or a bulletin on the ICE site that gives you end of day OHLC? Is there an esignal symbol you can type into the futuresource site? The synthetic charts on TWS are horrible.
Interesting article about some of the supply/logistics factors that have kept the Brent-WTI spread so wide. Also has some intelligent follow-on comments. http://www.econbrowser.com/archives/2011/04/brentwti_spread_1.html
