i think its a good idea - even though as a trader I think I use a lot of bandwith. in regards to internet usage, why should low bandwith users subsidize high bandwith users? in regards to healthcare, why should healthy people subsidize people that are unhealthy and careless about thier health. subsidies artificially increases demand for whatever is being subsidized.......for example we subsidize illegal immigration with free healthcare and education so we have tons of illegal immigrants.
