The democratic party exists and thrives on that very principle. Giving more to those who don't pay or pay little in taxes while taking more it from those that pay the biggest (almost all of the tax burden).

All under the guise of (what did Obiden call it in the VP debate? Fairness.

Typical class envy, if Obama had proposed this everyone would be hailing the Chosen One. Your just pissed someone's offering a bigger handout.

What a croc of bull shit.

  2. If I'm going to get two people so close on their fiscal policies, I'll take the clearly more intelligent one, thank you.

  3. What's your beef with Palin's stance? It's only distorting fucks like you who portray her as a religious right zealot. Nothing about her record as governor suggests her to be anything beyond center-right on social issues......

In fact she's FAR TO LEFT on abortion to your hero Ron Paul.

Just like Obama is Half black / half white...McCain is half Democrat / Half Republican......Never use the word Conservative in the same sentence with McCain

  5. See, Pabst, you're just ignorant and obtuse. You just are.

I agree with Palin's position. My point was never that she was wrong. My point was that that was the worst thing she could have ANNOUNCED at the debate with Biden, while 70 million Americans were watching, when she needed to motivate the Evangelicals whose vote McCain needs every last one of if he has a snowball's chance in hell - instead of letting it slide under the radar as it was being ignored up until that point (as she has adopted that policy in Alaska).

    It's about strategy.

It's not that I disagree with that Palin's policy, it's that you don't get it.

But I thought he was McBush just a copy of what we already have, 4 more years of the same?

Fact is McCain is very liberal for what you would classify a neo-com or right wing. People on the right see him as centrist or leaning left.

A far cry from your dem. parties portrayal.

If I had to pick between the two (if their fiscal policies are alike) I'd pick the one who's not the most liberal voter in the senate (Obama). and has a background of patronage, service and the respect of our military .

Personally to me, Obama does not portray a defensive posture towards the US. He almost invites others to test our resolve. they know not to mess with McCain.

  7. I don't hate McCain. I actually think he's a decent man.

I do think he is uncoordinated, not very mentally sharp right now, not very articulate, and not very confidence inspiring.

I also think McCain will be constrained from being a 'Maverick' despite his claims, if he leans on the hard right to win. They will box him in and we will see a continuation of Bush policy.

I will admit that I despise Sarah Palin's policy positions (with a very few exceptions) and think that she'd be an absolute disaster if she became POTUS. Even so, I don't hate her personally, despite my colorful language.

I call Pabst a stupid fuck daily, loath his racist views, agree with him on some taxation policies, and yet I can't even say that I dislike him, let alone 'hate' him.

I don't know if that says more about me or him.

  8. McCain the Communist!

    http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/10/07/presidential.debate.transcript/index.html

As president of the United States, Alan, I would order the secretary of the treasury to immediately buy up the bad home loan mortgages in America and renegotiate at the new value of those homes -- at the diminished value of those homes and let people be able to make those -- be able to make those payments and stay in their homes.

    Is it expensive? Yes.

The left should love him for this, he's going to beat Obama at his own game, and out give the democratic party.

Why are you all opposed to this, it's just escalated socialism.

Personally i think it's horseshit, and now i have to debate on wither i make my next months home mortgage payment, maybe i don't and get government subsidy.

Either way he just picked up all the votes from those in the rears on their home loans.

  10. (Pubs are throwing the election. Don't tell anyone until after the dumb masses vote Obama into the White House which will have to be renamed the "Duped House"). Pubs made their money now they want to relax. (Remember, don't tell anyone).
