Their latest report specifies a 50% increase YoY in the number of clients. Covid has turned everyone and their mother to trading. Their infrastructure may not be too well adapted yet.
They probably are overwhelmed with bureaucracy and fired the programmers who built the system long ago, if they work like almost every other company
It says currently "System are returning to normal functionality" but still with a red status bar on their status webpage. And I am still not even able to log into TWS. Has any of you able to at least log in? It's ridiculous that it's out for 3+ hours at least since the first post by the OP.
Yikes. Hope they are not ITM. I guess you are gonna have to call them to close them and pay the hefty commissions. Maybe this is why their phone lines are tied up all the time. I sent them a message in the message centre and it hasn't been looked at for 3 months.
