    I would imagine that he will face the same exact fate as her. Did basically the same thing. Got info on a stock that would result in the price going down substantially and liquidated his position beforehand. It's not gonna help that he was the largest shareholder of the company. He wont get a ton of time behind bars...but he will go there. If they made an example outta Martha Stewart, they will surely nail him as he has been talking a ton of shit about the stock market/SEC.

    no jail time for him.....His lawyers already have the Martha Stewart case as an example of what NOT to do....he will pay 3 times the $750k and keep on rollin'
