I learned that people with mental problems are not to be discussed with. So, live in your little world, while a billion dollar industry offers colocation without exchanges. It you need to feel inclined to create fantasies to make you feel better then please do so but I like to inform you that you are sometimes running into people who may have worked for more than a decade at sell side and hedge fund trading desks and have managed other traders under them and had plenty IT support and understand a bit about the IT and programming side as well, especially when having a heavy quant background under the belt. .
