  1. They're earning smile-vols if they're structured the way Mav states. As such, they're selling small deltas and buying large deltas, leaving convergence risk through spot position.

  2. 1/ I am not surprised that you find to make specific average profit by writing premium impossible. You are ,obviously, net loser.

2/ This is just another newbie ignorant comment. You have no clue how to place stops properly.

3/What has hedging to do with timing of reversals ?

4/ No you not, you are just bitter that you were rejected as a trainee.
Why in the world would anybody( you ) went 6 months back to look for my old post and put such ignorant comments in writing.
Accept your limitations .Get a life !!

  3. Walther:

Thanks old guy, now we know where you stand.

From my point of view you are a total fraud.

The only thing that you have going for you is that you aren't smart enough to try to scam the newbies.

It took you "days" to even become aware that a comment was directed to you, you poor old codger. Do you compose your reply by committee? Are there a group of old demented people in your facility who think they can still trade. Yes that must be it. You live in an elder care facility for people who used to trade but now are living off of Medicare. Now it starts to make sense. You folks must have to share computer time. Also you may be suffering from memory deficits, so I can see why it would take you a while to figure out what to say.

Well folks, this is what it would be like if old folks ever tried to execute a drive by shooting. First they try to remember where they parked the car. Then they all get their walkers and lumber out to the car. Then, between bouts of coughing, they argue about who will drive and who will shoot. Then they line up the walkers and try to get into the car without shooting themselves. Because they seldom drive, they spend 15 minutes arguing about who will pay for gas, where to go to buy gas, and what grade of gas to put in the car, then another 10 minutes coughing. At this point it is time for lunch and they have forgotten why they got into the car. They decide to put off the trip and go back inside for lunch. One of them expires in the car, and another falls on the steps and has to be sent out to hospital. Two of them start fighting over who will go through the doorway first, and Walther falls asleep on the porch.....

No need to put you on ignore. By the way, how does it feel to be able to hide your own Easter eggs?

  5. Pathetic. Poor old guy. Do you know what year it is?

You don't even know that an option can trade through your stops.

Believe me I will take it easy on you from now on. Nobody here will spend more than a second thinking about your advice.

Keep on with those celebrations. I hear they are going to give you alcohol before bedtime tonight.
