That's one of the reasons that PhoneySnark's assessment of popular vote count is misguided at best.

  4. Common sense...either it can be factually proven or it cannot be factually proven. That is the requirement for fraud. And not some individua case of one person, something systemic that actually effected the outcome of the elections. Trump was claiming before he won there was widespread fraud without actually showinig proof of it. When he won, he kept real quiet about that suddenly. Dems and GOP claim widespread voter fraud yet no one can produce evidence that there is fraudlent results.

When an out and out communist wins a senate seat in AZ after being behind in the initial count against a decorated veteran, you have massive voter fraud. Common sense would tell you that.

Most states have politically appointed election boards. In the majority of states ONLY the election board(s) can initiate a voter fraud investigations. District Attorneys cannot do it, nor can law enforcement. Usually (almost always) election boards do not actively investigate voter fraud investigations despite many complaints. The Election Boards are nothing more than partisan entities.

Prominent Republicans and Democrats with knowledge of the election system in Arizona have dismissed claims of wrongdoing and scolded naysayers for perpetuating fraud concerns with no evidence.

"Unfounded allegations of voter fraud are totally irresponsible and should rightly be condemned because they shake voter confidence & can affect future participation. Voter fraud in my experience is almost nonexistent," said Amy Chan, former state elections director who served under Republican Ken Bennett.

I would like to hear state officials clearly state what they have done to investigate claims of voter fraud and how each & everyone of those complaints was handled & not found to be valid. The process in just about every state for investigating these complaints involves a politically appointed commission that is not transparent and maintains no meeting minutes. Or as described by the media in our state -- it is a kangaroo court.

  10. Granted the process has issues with delays and counting but we cannot all scream voter fraud just because your candidate did not win. In Arizona both Rep and Dem came to a bipartisan agreement on how to resolve the issue in Arizona and even a lawsuit was settled based on bipartisan agreement and review. All votes were counted. Arizona has repeatedly had delays in finalizing vote counts in several REPUBLICAN supervised elections so this is not a party issue but an Arizona issue. Both Rep and Dems are saying there are issues that need to be addressed in the PROCESS but made no factual claims of FRAUD. So rather than sheepily repeat the claims, I defer to the GOP and Dem in the state that accepted the results.
