When individuals launder money for the mob they have their assets frozen, when countries like Cyprus launder money for the mob isn't it appopriate that people who supported those governments and the laundering system pay the price? Besides the majority of the money in Cyprus belongs to the mob thus they will be burdened the most.

ps governments can't stay in power without citizens colluding with it and in Cyprus every government regardless of party affiliation, ideology has laundered money for the mob i.e. the people of Cyprus benefited from the mob money, now its time to pay the piper...

  2. This is the whole problem. EU has stepped into Russian KGB funding, by mistake. A very stupid mistake.

Actually you are 100% right, Russian Mobsters tried to trick EU to bail them out but Merkel and ECB did not go for it.

There is no Russian Mafia. There is Jewish Mafia of Russian origin. All so called Russian oligarchs and bank owners are Jewz actually (e.g. Abramovich, Vekselberg, Fridman, Deripaska, Potanin, Usmanov, etc). Well the same situation in USA. So I guess Russia, USA and Europe and probably the whole world belong to the same group of people and maybe even not people. Communism, capitalism, religions, etc are the decorations for masses.

Those responsible for the decision to take the Russian mobs money could now be on the Russian mob's hit list. Things could get a lot uglier than depositors savings being confiscated.
