Saying that we have to fix what is broken is extremely complicated, as you are aware. I thought the election of President Obama was the nail in the coffin, but then comes the crazy shit like he is Muslim, or he is Kenyan. Educated black sense an agenda, as do educated whites. But the problem is that educated people, blacks and white and everyone else represent at best 30% of the populace. We are extremely outnumbered. So I am asking you, as an educated, free, and totally accountable American, who has just as much to lose as I do if we lose this nation, what do we do?
The error I see is that trade schools are already widely available, ESPECIALLY to blacks and latinos. They get preference on admissions, extra funding, the schools have quotas which set minimums for the amount of minorities they must admit. These minorities already have huge advantages in terms of education. After they get admitted with the more lax admissions standards and with extra funding, they have all kinds of racial and ethnic student organizations which offer resources to help them succeed in school. At my school there are black student unions, latino achievement outreach organizations, and so forth. MANY of them. Also, the Affirmative Action policies which have given them excessive over representation in nearly all government departments, and the pressure of government on large corporations to hire non Caucasians. I mean, what else do you really want to give them? I'd argue that your education/trade school suggestion has already been implemented, and then some. Yet another problem I see with this is that you can't really legislate human nature. If a certain ethnic group sets their own ethnocultural standards, and their own values, and their own expectations, for whatever reason (cultural, genetic, astrology, whatever explanation you ascribe to) that's what will determine group outcomes. Honestly, and please don't bite my head of for this as I'm not saying it in spite, but I think YOUR suggestions are fairly racist. Please read my explanation with an open mind, and try not to bite my my head off too hard . In short, I believe the question of "inferior" or "superior" races is an issue for assholes to debate, and I don't want any part of it; the races are different, and have different types of ethnocultural societies they prefer, and that objectively is clear. I don't view that as insulting to African-Americans or any other ethnic group; in fact it's the opposite: the highest respect I can grant to any group is to insist that they be allowed to do things their own way, since otherwise is to presume that my way is better, and thus to impose it upon them as an "improvement" over what they are. That's crass racism, no matter how much we disguise it as Judeo-Christian liberalism. Funny how all these advocates for "diversity" are the very ones who hatefully attack any notion that we aren't all identical. These "diversity" cheer leaders seem to hate anyone who says that we aren't all the same. Am I the only one who thinks that's hypocritical? In any case, I don't see how MORE free education and vocational funding for non whites, and MORE legislative advantages and special programs will do anything that the billions we already spend on them does not. I think that's just trying more of the same.
I read that Mav, it is not politically viable. In an ideal world yep, great. So we need steps, that will be incremental. Every ethnic group has it's subculture. We have niggas, you have white trash, the Latinos have beaners and wetbacks( according to Carlos Mencia), the Jews have kikes, etc. It is like a virus, if we can cure one, we cure all. OK, I'll give you some steps. Step one, we stop throwing more money blindly at the problem. Step 2, the black leaders have to come forward to provide true leadership. Step 3, stop the class warfare arguments and instead focus on solutions that don't blame any one group for the problems in the black community. Step 4, start praising the black leaders who are doing good things. Give them money, fame, power, whatever they want. Show the rest of the community who they are and make an example out of them. Step 5, I hate doing this, but we are going to have to put more police in the hoods. It worked in NY. Rudy put cops on every street corner. Just to stand there if nothing else. Street crime dropped substantially and made everyone feel safer. One of the reasons why the black community is so cut off from each other is they are afraid to walk on their own streets. You need to give them a sense of neighborhood. A sense of community. They need to feel safe. These are some of the beginning steps.

Step 4. This in not in our power, we have no media outlets. Further, if Bill Cosby, a lionized member of the black community can be shot down for talking accountability, that sends a chilling effect. Step 5. +50. In the hood, if the citizens can have a real and genuine relationship with law enforcement, it will go a long way, but then we get stories about the LAPD, and the the NOPD, many of whom were black themselves. Somehow, Guliani swept the streets from dirty cops in the NYPD, and it was one reason why I knew the GOP was doomed when he was eliminated early. In fact, the GOP accused him of being too liberal if I recall. Imagine that!
Wow, well after all this here we are discussing what to do for black people again. I'm still waiting on when we can have a discussion about what to do regarding the problems facing white people because of all this. Like, for example, being murdered, attacked, robbed, and raped disproportionately and simultaneously having their pockets drained for efforts to help the people who are doing the attacking. Meanwhile being driven out of the communities which they have built and lived in for centuries. When can we have a conversation about what to do for white people, and address the problems facing them? Does anybody have any suggestions for what we can do to help white people?
