Thanks for answering these questions Mohamed, a few more concerning options in particular.

Can we trade single listed options such as SPX and VIX and if yes do you pass exchange fees along here?

Is there any restriction on adding or taking liquidity in order to receive free option trades?

Do you allow the trader to direct which exchange an option order is sent to?

    Thanks!

    No, we do not internalize.

non-matched just means non marketable in the use case of free limit orders on the international firm's FAQ. And no there is no internalization.
As it relates to TZA, also no internalization of any client orders. All orders are routed to exchanges/market centers for execution.

you can trade single listed options like the VIX,SPX,SPXW..,. Ect. The pass through fees which are the regulatory fees, are passed through to the client, we do not charge commission, but the regulatory and exchange fees are mandatory collected.

There are no restrictions on adding or taking liquidity.

Our smart routed controls the routing of orders. We are in the process of becoming NYSE/AMEX members and will have an options floor operation. We will be opening that up for traders that maintain $50k+ in their accounts whereby trades can be routed to the NYSE/AMEX floor and worked within the floor crowd.

TradeZero America make revenue from the smart router routes the orders to market centers that provide payment for order flow or rebates. These market centers include ARCA, EDGX, BATS, NSDQ and others. In addition, Platform fees, interest, and fees for shorting such as locates and more.

My understanding is that US citizens could not open an account, has that changed? Also are there any videos of the charting package? I don't want to take a demo at this time just to check these things out if I have to leave a phone number with an overseas company. Thanks

Yes, that has changed. TradeZero America is available to all US clients now. You can visit tradezero.us

Currently, we do not have any videos for charting available. We launched a new tradezero platform called ZeroPro and we're in the process of creating those videos soon.

TradeZero America is US based Broker Dealer located in NY. The newly launched broker dealer only accepts US citizens and residence only. If you don't want to provide your information to get a free demo, you can email support@tradezero.us and an agent will set you up with one with no questions.
