Routing of NASDAQ products to ARCA is currently unavailable.

 

Yeah, and quotes were good. Then I noticed some crossed quotes and - sure enough - a bulletin saying that ARCA was available popped up a few seconds later. What a piece of junk.

yes these frequent blinking ARCA notices (which one may not even care about) are very annoying ...

 

ARCA is badly in need of censuring by the SEC and/or NASD.

Fix it, or move aside.
