Yes, I would definitely buy it. It is just like a mutual fund which we can buy and sell at the real-time price. ETFs have low operating costs and are more tax efficient. It helps investors to build a diversified portfolio with low investments. Also, they are safer than buying individual stocks. It carries abundant liquidity and is a good investment option even for beginners.
Over the past few months, I try to change my base holding from USD to money market ETF (eg. IEF/SHY/SHV). However, you can lose money because of commission or market slippage. (Currently, I am using IBKR, so if you cannot gurantee your money market etf profit > commission, holding USD is better than money market ETF)
