That's the flavor of the moment. Talk about all these "terrible things" and that you are going to fix them...income inequality, high black unemployment, etc... without actually saying how or what you are going to do.

Might as well tell them you'll manage the weather once you're elected as well.

Bernie Sanders last night says he doesn't want any more black people to go to jail. And...those that are in jail should be released and given jobs. So if a black guy carjacked Bernie on the way home last night and beat him to within an inch of his life, would that guy get a job for that?

That was clear when he claimed Obama was wose then Hitler in his first reply, clearly never heard of Goodwin's law. It's really pathetic in a way, the guy clearly spends his every waking hour obsessing over Obama and figuring out a way to work that into every conversation he inserts himself into, while Obama hasn't wasted a second worrying about him or his type. Can't be good for the guy's physical health and his mental health's clearly already shot. If he doesn't watch out he'll be on one of those handout entitlement programs he obsesses so much about, if he's not already. Anyway, block works well, so I'll let him continue frothing at the mouth without wasting any of my time either.

Of all the unspecified ways in that insane statement about Obama being worse than Hitler, it's pretty clear that the main one for Scat is that (a) Hitler was White and (b) Obama is Black.

Unless you are Bernie Sanders, how can you claim that? He already can't explain how to pay for all his other social programs.

But being bat *%@ crazy won't necessarily stop him from getting elected. The free *%@ army might just be big enough someday.

  8. Problem with all these "socialistic" parties and leftists is that their programs crash quickly. When this happens? When they cannot spend OTHER people's money anymore. Socialism is spending other's people money.
It is like going to shop in Walmart, buying all you want or dream of, and next skip the cashier and take all for free.

In my country socialist voters have the following characteristics:
    • low or even no education
    • no job and not interested to work
    • think that only others should contribute financially to the system
    • depend all their live on money they receive from government or charity
    • community should help their citizen, but they themselves never take any part in helping, only in cashing in they are interested
Tax avoiders are always marked as criminals because they don't pay enough taxes. What people forget is that leftists or socialists who only benefit from the system but never contribute are criminals too. And their negative weight on the system is bigger than tax avoiders, as they only milk the system, tax avoiders at least pay some money to the system.
So if tax avoiders are attacked, the same should happen with these leftists or socialist. But leftside only sees what suits them best.

If government has not enough money it can mean two things :
    • people don't pay enough taxes (not enough money coming in)
    • people abuse the social system by stealing money from the system (too much money going out)
Both problems should be solved. But now everybody is focusing on more taxes.

  9. This thread heading should have included how Bernie's presidential run would affect the republican nominee's chances (the party that is friendly to trading as we know it)

The democrats did have some momentum after Bush with all the notions that Republicans are just an old boys club etc... Younger voters seemed to embrace this notion and voted in numbers democratic.

But with Bernie even close in the running, the republicans seem to have a lock for this next election and I think Trump is getting a lot more votes than he may have without Bernie .

Turning out kinda weird as we move forward. I always thought of Trump as a somewhat conservative democrat and Bernie as a way-out independent similar to Ralph Nader. I figured Hillary would be a shoe-in as a popular vote and Bush would be a shoe-in for a Hillary opponent.
