    the more i think about it the more i think that such
    a trial would really be devastating. and i would
    think that no one really dared to go forward with
    it. just think about it. a new president ratifies the
    court, the current administration gets charged by
    allowing torture and the former president of the
    united states gets sentenced. i mean, just the
    sentence. for what can you sentence a former
    US president? a hundred thousand bucks? a month
    in jail?

    so actually, even if they ratified i seriously think
    no one would really go forward with this. at least
    i could imagine. though in five years, when he
    will have been away a while, back in the bars ...
    (sober for sure!) ...

    given the caution they will apply critisizing their
    commander in chief, this spells iraq already IS in
    chaos. that is at least my interpretation.
