Would DeJoria (or a billionaire in general) make a good president?

  1. One of the most sensible and realistic posts I've seen in a few weeks. Achilles28 makes similar points in many threads and rarely receives credit for them.

Meanwhile, most every other response is so ridiculously naive or out of touch, I never know whether to laugh or cry.

That's correct. He's absolutely on a mission to destroy, yet the sheeple don't care as they graze in government pastures.

    Cry probably.

The idiot parasites and their bleeding heart cheerleaders outnumber the productive tax payers.

Simply, there is no hope for change.

  5. Depends upon who you ask.

The Leftists/Communist/DemoCraps/parasites think Odumbo is just peachy. Anyone who believes in the US Constitution and the principles of the Founders think he's as bad as anyone could be.

I would have liked to see Ross Perot or Ron Paul get a shot.

  6. Sounds great, but if they managed to con the power brokers and media into electing them, the bureaucracy would kill their grand ideas and solutions with a million paper cuts....

Basically, they'd get neutered just like Jimmy Carter...

  7. Here is whats interesting if you look at history. Generally the best presidents were the richest ones.

Washington was worth half a billion in todays dollars. Kennedy was worth $1 billion (actually the kennedys had a trust they all shared that was worth $1 billion) Jefferson was worth $200+ million. Jackson was worth $119 million. It seems any president worth over $100 million(in todays money) was a pretty good president.

It also seems like presidents that were worth less than 1 million were the presidents that really cared about the people, like Lincoln & Johnson.

The real MFers are the presidents that were worth $1 million to $20 million. (FYI Obama is worth $5 million)

  8. Presidents are irrelevant. What we need is a new congress. Start by hanging all 535 current members. Pick 535 names from the phone book and thank them for volunteering. Give them 1 year to balance the budget, deport all illegals, eliminate the Anchor Baby scam, break up the banks, eliminate HF trading, hunt down and kill naked shorters, and nuke the entire middle east. Failure to resolve all problems results in... the 535 ropes we used to hang the previous bunch are still in working order. Rinse, wash, repeat until the job is done.

  9. Didn't know "trying to destroy the best country on the planet" paid so well.
