    it' not on the news everyday but there is always a war somewhere, after we started bombing afghanistan the national news informed us that at that time there were 80 wars going on at that time

    Depends on the length of the depression. The great depression lasted years which had many times that would be qualifed as blood running in the streets.

    Just look up largest daily falls in the market ever. From 1929 to 1938 more than half of all the biggest falls were in this timeframe.

    I would say don't buy when blood is running in the streets but buy when you know this will be the last time the blood will be running in the streets. Good luck with that.

    Best to buy when the blood is just starting to dry.

    First stop for a ralley would be down around the 5000 or a
    little lower.

    When The Dow starts hitting 3800 to 3500 you should
    start looking to buy.

    This will happen 09,10,11,12.

    The TIME IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE PRICE.

    This great depression will last seven more years.
