The last year or so has been very stable for me too. We all complain about frequent TWS changes, but things have been fine lately. If you can find a broker with the cost structure, API, zillions of markets, features, company strength, etc, etc, etc, - that never has any problems - then please, use them and not IB. thnks
The way your last paragraph sounds to me, you really don't understand options or futures. And could you please provide a link backing up your first comment, the one about 5 hedge funds (firms?) controlling the options and futures market in the U.S.
I don't know who has the worst platform but I'd bet a load of cash that it's 'award winning' Is anything not 'award winning' these days?
