Forget the es move back then. If I recall the nq was up 450 points in a few minutes on 1/3/01. A guy in my office was taking a bathroom break, missed the move but still was able to make over $300,000 by buying anything that wasn't up over 10 dollars on the nasdaq. Crazy times back then. As far as Friday is concerned I'm damn lucky I did not get to my office until after the fed move. I have a bad feeling that I would have been short 5,000 to 10,000 spy and not have been able to cover quick enough. On the flip side I could have been long or flat.
