A friend of mine who's in the know, is saying that Worldco may either shut down some office's or let some trader's go. Has anyone else heard this?
Will MCI-Worldco's demise effect my telephone service? I just got into that neighborhood plan 'cause of those Michael McDonald commercials. They had a great deal of a penny per share and a penny per long-distance minute.
No, not at all. MCI-Worldco shut down their daytrading operations, but not their telecom division. In fact, MCI-Worldco stock I think is a strong buy.
