if you don't mind, where did you cut your teeth at?, which shop?

 

People who are lucky enough to be put in a decent group do get decent training.

 

I went to an LLC under Andover, which is now all Andover. There is like actual training and classes. So far the other 5 new guys and I have been doing pretty well. Plus the environment is awesome.

 

I hated that guy Paul , Joe was the best Paul was just pain on the ass who always was afraid to lose his job and was looking out most of the time after his own ass rather than helping traders and working with them. I am never happy to see someone uneployed, but just stating the facts that Paul priority always was how to kiss Walters ass at the right time in the right place and how to secure his own job, it was never about working with the trader. At least in my case it wasn't and I know him for 5 years

Not real crazy, but when I went there, some guy had a portable roll out putting green in the middle of the trading floor.

I laughed my as- off.

It was hilarious.

 

Which office? I know a guy at Andover who says the people in his office are not doing well at all. In fact, some of the people training are losing money themselves. Also, people talked trash about Worldco taking so long to get the K1s out (which was rediculous), but I heard some people at Andover still haven't gotten theirs.

 

....I heard the *same* thing from a Andover trader I talked to last week who is thinking of joining our firm, he said VERY few people are making any money right now (I'm not commenting just remarking on what I was told by a Andover trader)......

This is true. Andover has not given K- 1 to it's traders. What's this all about ?
