Thats right, Echo is offering low commisions and 100% payout, and 20 to 1 margin. I used to trade with them, why in the world go anywhere else? These guys are the best stock guys out there!!!
my point is...if you have been burned once losing your money to a prop shop, are you ready to be burned again? I guess I worked to hard to get mine! "keep your mind on your money and your money on your mind"
Doesen't Bright require a $15,000 deposit and Echo a $10,000 deposit? Some of the ex-Worldco guys that I know stand to lose so much that they currently had tied up at Worldco that they might not be able to immediately come up with those sums. They may have to go to firms which require no deposit, or a deposit of no more than $5,000 just out of practicality.
EXCUSE MY IGNORANCE BUT...... how good or viable is prop trading for a full time living if veteran traders cannot come up with $10k to $15k to trade at another firm. i been reading this thread since the beginning and i have come to the conclusion that prop trading is almost as big of a scam as multilevel marketing!!!!!
Someone said that Echo is "offering 100% payout with very low commissions". Without breaching any kind of confidentiality agreement, about how low are their ticket costs?
that provide separate customer seg accts fully insured and protected against default by the prop shop? hmmm ... I did not think so ....
i guess there is no one trading house that beats them all, it's where you feel you get a fair deal and great software and i am sure there is more than one place that can deliver that.
i agree with larrybf, why are so many so called professional traders unable to come up with risk capital in order to cut a better deal for themselves, if i was offered a higher payout and lower commissions for putting up some capital i would be a fool not to do it.
