I applaud the NASD, although the fines were light.

 

That was a shady bunch over there....

worldco and its cronies were bad enough, but somone like yourself constantly rushing to their defense is truely sad.

Truthfully, this is bad for the whole day trading industry...nobody should be happy about this because this same story will be used by some congressmen or regulator somewhere looking to make a name for himself and will use it to get stricter regulations put in place.......I can see where hedge funds and LLC's in general may get the big smack down next.
