  1. I can't see how world economy won't collapse by the end of 2008...or 2009 the latest.

    Any thought? thank you.

no doubt about it, recessions happen like clockwork, when is never really the question for those that understand that, how much and how long is another story. I'm hoping it's just another recession and finding no reason to think otherwise but the current banking situation makes it feel a little edgy..

... and people are saying it's the time to buy real estate, LOL. During the recession RE will fall more, no way it can't, then eventually, maybe 2-3 years from now rates will be lowered to stimulate things and help us climb out of the hole and houses will be affordable...

  4. The likes of no other for two decades. Just go long the dollar. It would be like buying up MSFT in 1986. :p

BULLSHIT! Haven't had one in nearly 30 years.. (yeah, maybe a couple of "technically data-manipulated" ones since... like '92, and '01... but they were likely misdirects by Gummint. You know... justifying, "we've HAD our cyclical recession, so now we can justify getting back to money-pump"... MORE BULLSHIT! )...

The Fed had previously ORCHESTRATED recessions.. but not this time... "pedal to the metal until the credit-edge consumer shot his wad"... Unlike ANYTHING in the experience of any of us alive.

Dont like to point out ( to our friends and allies ) the obvious BUT isn't it obvious America is sick ? The strength of the USA was its wealth, but relative to the "BRICS" this is declining. Lehmans is no accident, its one of the visible symptoms.
Both candidates have made a start and are groping out for the solution by advocating change.
Oh goody but let's see what they intend to change ? Will it be a knee-jerk reaction for more violence ? Let's hope not for everyone's sake

  7. They know what they are doing and it is orchestrated.
