  1. That can be a steal or can be incredibly expensive depending on location, quality of soil, whether or not it can be used for agribusiness, access to water, availability or lack thereof of drillable or mineable commodities, and tons other factors.

    Where you get all those luxuries, it can be $30,000/acre land. How much are apartments in New York ? Those $10 million or $20 million apartments/big rooms.

  4. Exactly my point. 10k can be on the other side expensive for an acre in the desert without any of those luxuries. Exactly 10k too expensive for unbarren land where even cattle can't survive.

    Unless of course you look to build a Lolita mansion and seek seclusion.
