Good News for Apparel Retailers: Women Would Give Up Sex for Clothes http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,250713,00.html
Ha. Too bad that "... the survey by consumer products giant Unilever... The survey, which was not scientific and was conducted online..." Oh, man. Two words: self-selected sample. Only those female internet users who both happened to come across the survey and wanted to do it, are counted. Hence -- as with most online surveys (incl. 100% of ET polls) -- no valid statistical conclusions about the entire population (of women) can be drawn whatsoever. It's purely entertainment, not information. It's not surprising, though. Sexually frustrated women are apparently hanging out online en masse, filling out silly corporate marketing surveys, while wearing some (really old) clothes. Sexually fulfilled women... are not.
