Blame Trump, it's the easy way for Dems to cop out.
NYC Mayor Adams is a Dem turned MAGA.
    Florida has seceded from globalism.
What kind of mind demands total micro agreement, the privilege to lie, while their tech copies every keystroke.

Again, you are either not on enough, or too much, of whatever it is.

You have obviously never been married so you don't get an opinion.

In summary, these women articulate that their partners’ political beliefs are symptomatic of broader issues, including incompatibility in values, a lack of mutual respect, and a diminished sense of partnership.

Basically, their husbands cheated, loving Trump more.

One of my exes went down the rabbit hole this year. I'm quite surprised, she has a law degree from a prestigious UK university, with an undergraduate in Sociology, not exactly right-winger material. I think maybe her retirement gave her too much time to spend on the internet.

Anti-fluoride, anti-vaxx, anti-Muslim, anti-Trudeau, pro-Trump (thankfully she couldn't vote for him), contrails, etc. I nod my head and say, "umm hmm. Yup. For sure. Yup." Then I short-circuit her diatribes with my perspective on industrial civilization, the environment, and how we're all fucked regardless of who's in power or what their nefarious motives are—we've seen this story before with older civilization collapse. That quiets her down. Depression is cool. :)

:) Often there is little else to do with them but do the old Lethal Weapon scene "You wanna jump? You really wanna jump!!? OK! Let's Jump!"

It does shut them up (or changes to their inner screaming) when you show that your darkness is pretty fucking dark.

I'll find a video that I think perfectly explains what happens and it's about their tenancy to externalze blame.

Sadly @Ricter it seems Myles has made the videos private listed . Screenshot_20241205_160752_YouTube.jpg

In essance, conspiracy theorists and certain political followers (like Trump supporters) often externalize blame for their perceived problems, attributing them to outside influences rather than addressing personal responsibility or systemic issues.

For example, if someone wakes up late with increased frequency and rushes to work, a practical response might involve adjusting their schedule, setting an earlier alarm, or planning better for traffic. However, a conspiracy mindset might blame external factors such as the city's growing immigrats increasing congestion caused by bad driving, an ineffective mayor, or other external "culprits." This refusal to adapt fosters resentment and creates fertile ground for alignment with figures who claim to be "victims" of similar external forces.

This cycle of blame can be contagious, as it validates feelings of powerlessness while avoiding personal accountability. It creates a feedback loop where individuals are drawn to leaders who reinforce their narratives of victimhood and scapegoating.

Women create 'MATGA' trend about poisoning husbands after Trump victory

A new online trend about women poisoning their husbands is gaining attention in the wake of President-elect Donald Trump’s victory in the presidential election.

The trend, known as “MATGA,” stands for Make Aqua Tofana Great Again. It refers to a historical poison from the 1600s supposedly created by Gulia Tofana who used the concoction to help women escape abusive relationships with their husbands.

Videos circulating the site show women emptying vials of clear liquid into a full glass before cutting to an image of Tofana doing the same. Another clip with 1.7 million refers to women getting “Aqua Tofana tattoos.”

One such video with nearly 10 million views includes the caption “doing my part as an American woman by breaking up with my Republican boyfriend last night & officially joining the 4b movement this morning.”

Another post with over three million views describes a woman having “the fastest, most uncomplicated breakup of my life” after learning her boyfriend voted for Trump.

The popular Facebook account Feminist News in the lead-up to the presidential election shared a guide instructing women to leave their “moronic, right wing husband.” The guide advised women to save money, replace trackable electronics and abandon their husbands in the middle of the work day.
