    Hi,
New member, rcdc, checking in. Came upon ET Googling for evaluations of WizeTrade. Found many from your group-- almost entirely very negative. Thanks for the insights.
The most recent, however, was dated in 2004. Have you had any changes of opinion since?
Also, what does the 'Poll' refer to before some of the threads? Is this something that might be used to get some suggestions and ratings on the programs or information sources found most useful?

  2. Welcome to ET!

Look at it this way. If you had a simple, easy to use program that told you exactly when to buy and sell. And it was profitable with small drawdowns, etc, would YOU sell it for a few bucks? I don't think so.

But what if it appeared to work in some market conditions (MACD, RSI, CCI, EMA Crossover...) and the "rules" were somewhat capricious and open to much interpretation - at least enough so that it would be easy to say "you must have done something wrong...those trades were profitable..." - would you sell it (if you had no conscience!)? Hell yes.

  4. Well, I guess that settles it. Rusty uses it.

  5. Or another way to look at it....

Would you pay $3K for a software program that calculates an exponential moving average/MACD type look-alike indicator ( which is standard on any other software at no added cost, and can even be done for FREE on the web ) and then adds the additional "feature" or removing the actual raw price action from the screen?

    Or yet another question....

Would you even bother to think about why someone invariably comes in here with <= 10 posts total (usually 1-2) and asks about the WizeTrade software, immediately followed by a shill less than 3 posts later?

Sorry WizeTrade.... we've seen the scame before.... no new suckers here.....

  6. lol what the hell would rusty wallace know about trading?

  7. Now that was funny. :D :D :D

In the first three days of using the Wizetrade software, Rusty Wallace made over $1,000.00 on just three trades. :D

I would say that success can be achieved, even by Rusty Wallace.

Those of you who tried the software and failed......oh well!

Maybe you can get a job as a Race Driver!

    LOL

Wizetrader, your program doesn't work, and you should be ashamed of yourself for trying to lure the naive.
