Ita a condo. I was there just 3 days ago visiting a friend (14th floor). But didn't go to the penthouse eventhough I was tempted - I remembered M mentioning he was there. Since I live so close, I pm'ed the guy but didn't receive a reply. Now I know he was in the hospital. Anyway, funny how they give NY address (?).
