I see there’s two takes on this, I’m shocked. Here’s the news: Trump directed staff to falsify evidence; he would have been charged with obstruction of justice had he not been president and if he loses in 2020 he can be charged. It’s a damn shame Trump is the president. If he had any sense of dignity he would resign.
Two young boys walk into a grocery store, one of them wants some candy but doesn’t have enough money so he decides to steal a candy bar. He enlists the help of his friend asking him to distract the check out clerk as he walks out. The friend does as asked distracting the clerk, the boy approaches the exit with the candy bar in his pocket. Both friend and clerk have their backs to the door. Exiting the kid has a change of heart decides to leave the candy bar on a nearby shelf as he walks out the door. Question, is the kid guilty of shoplifting since he had an intent but failed to act.
