With Three Simple Answers, Mueller Can Speak Volumes

Discussion in 'Politics' started by Frederick Foresight, Jul 23, 2019.

  1. It has been agreed, by the DOJ and Mueller, that a sitting president cannot be prosecuted. Others in his orbit were. And Trump won't always remain president...

  2. Again with the twisted logic. If there was anything, anything at all which had any substance to it, that something would be fully disclosed in his report and Trump would already have been long gone. There's nothing there. He, Muller, has given them all he can, which is a report filled with ambiguity. It is now on congress to run with that, and of course since ambiguous bullshit is their main game, let the running begin.

  4. It's like you're intentionally ignoring the obvious. It has been agreed that you cannot indict a sitting president. Which part did you not understand?

Mueller reportedly won't go into more detail tomorrow, but perhaps he'll clarify the import of his report for guys like you. Be sure to tune in.

  6. But you can impeach a sitting president and if there was any shred of collusion and/or obstruction that would be "clearly" stated and identified in his report. Congress would then have something other than conjecture and speculation to proceed with impeachment and Trump would be out, and then prosecuted for high crimes and possible treason. There is no evidence which would stand up to the slightest cross examination so here we are with congress doing what they do best. More campaigning on issues for which there will never be a resolution.

  8. Sorry, but it's like you're intentionally being obtuse.

...Citing a Justice Department view that sitting presidents cannot be indicted, the special counsel said it would be inappropriate to analyze the evidence while Mr. Trump is in office and busy running the country because it would be unfair to accuse him of an offense without giving him an opportunity to clear his name in court...

  9. LOL. That's the latest leftist spin so that we can continue this charade. Why the hell have an investigation in the first place if you can't do anything with what you may find? Do you actually believe that if Mueller had found any real evidence of collusion/obstruction there would be a single person giving a flyin fuck about Trumps ability to run the country? Do you think the NYT would be concerned about Trump being able to clear his name in court? That it would be "unfair" to poor old Donny? We, the entire country would want this evidence to be presented for all to see, and damn any "inappropriate" considerations to run the country. If he was guilty of the crimes the left has accused him of there isn't a god damn person on the planet who wouldn't want him booted from office right quick and tried for treason. Com'on man, you cannot believe these people who ran with all the trumped up bullshit to keep this going are now giving two shits about what's appropriate or not. Please.

  10. Those were Mueller's own words on national television.

It'll be interesting to hear him speak tomorrow. Perhaps you will find it clarifying.
