Wise Trader

  1. By giving priority to objective data over subjective interpretations, traders can reduce the impact of emotional biases in their trading strategies.

  2. Hello Overnight,

I do not care about no ChatGPT or AI chat or all that fancy stuff. I care about making money trading and KNOWING for a FACT I will make money EVERYDAY, EVERYWEEK in the ES futures market. ChatGPT and AI will NOT help me make money trading.

If ChatGPT and AI can help traders make money, then our ass would not know about it.

Everything we read about trading is a lie, because if someone knew the answer they would not make it public, I damn sure would not. The price on the chart has NEVER EVER told me a lie.

I was referencing the sentence that Mark Brown post as the BEST sentence on ET in 2023, probably forever.

    Here it is:

    Hello SimpleMeLike

I was referencing the sentence you typed that Mark Brown made the best POST in ET history, meaning I thought you were saying the entire POST was the best.

    Here it is...

And I would still argue that it really isn't. A more accurate sentence would be a wise trader knows when to be in the market, and when to be out.

  4. Hello Overnight,

I disagree with you 1000%. We are making this too complicated.

A wise trader knows how to make +$1Million within 5 years of trading the stock or futures market. All that other stuff is useless.

Please do not forget, the purpose of trading is to get rich QUICKLY. Rich means +$1million. Quickly means within 5 years.

It is better to quit trading and get full time career if trader can not make +$1million within 5 years.

Because you do not want to be old man and miss your career opportunity to get 401K and good salary and good health insurance cause you can not be a millionaire from trading the markets and spend +10 years trying to do it. Best to pick a year to quit. Remember Pradu, he spent 15 years and still failed in the end and he had to quit with no millions.

As it stands right now, I am a loser trader because my trading account is not +$1 million dollars.

  6. Hello FTDK,

So what is the point of manual trading if can not make money every week?

Why cause all this pain on your body and health if can not be millionaire fast in trading? It makes no sense to me.

Trading is the best scalable business in the world, why do it for pennies.

    I never said this ...?

However your expectations are very unrealistic ... You really expect to make a few million in a few years starting with a few thousand bucks? Sure it might be possible but only if you have the correct mindset, know how to scale fast without taking excessive risk and get lucky ever now and then, expecting to make money every single day in the financial markets is not the right mindset.

But hey, feel free to prove me wrong :).

  8. Hello FTDK,

YES, of course. Why the heck else would I be trading for?

Maybe I am confused about this forum? Please help me with something.

Is everyone at ET forum here to be a Millionaire from trading quickly? I am confused. I never read about anyone wanting to be a millionaire on the forum. Just talking and messing around.

Everyone is in the markets to make money, obviously.
However having unrealistic expectations is probably one of the top reasons why traders fail.

Expecting to make 5 million in 5 years from just a few thousand bucks isn't very realistic, at all.
