Looks like all that union protesting and nashing of teeth was for naught. The people win and the unions lose, again. That "victory" speech Kloppenburg gave was a shock. That such a ditzy dikey looking kook could win a 10-year term on a state supreme court was bad enough but the complete lack of class made me cringe. She looked like a Code Pink activist straight off the streets of Berkely and her speech reminded me of Obama quipping "I won".
