Thanks Shadaj. I'd like to know if it's realistic to swing-trade. No more than 1-2 trades a day, hold position for more than 1 day, checking quotes every 10-15 minutes, execution speed, confirmation(!!) etc. What broker do you use?

  5. shadaj,

Which do you use, cell phone or PDA? do you ever experience problems?

  6. Cesko,
That is very realistic. I have friends who do this all the time.
They tell me "This way the boss can't catch me on the computer". :+)

PDA, Ameritrade, only 2 problems so far 1 is if you are using it constantly the device will shut itself down after about 4 hours of use to recharge it's transmitter. Takes about one and a half hours. Other is it dosn't work to good while it's in motion, I don't mean walking around, I mean if you are in a moving car. Sometimes it will "connect", most times it won't. Hell, Ive made money sitting in McDonald's drive thru! The screen is getting a little scratched from the stylus.
