You can pretty much blame lock downs for this. And yes, even in Texas. Imagine elsewhere (which we would see if the media would report it - but lets report on red states)...
The Stay at Home order ended in Texas on April 30, 2020 -- Are you trying to claim that this line for food was caused by a lockdown that ended months ago. It's more likely caused by the fear that the state would need to lockdown again since many cities in Texas cannot even obtain enough mobile morgues to hold their COVID dead at the moment. No matter how much Gov. Abbott wants to ignore it and demand that El Paso and other cities keep everything open.
