I can't resize a window because when I select "restore" button it disappears as if minimized. I can only maximize but then can't get the scaling handles. When I right-click the window in taskbar and try move or size I just get a pointer at the top left corner of the monitor. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
If using multiple monitors, are all monitors turned on? Is window "disappearing" to a different monitor screen? Or maybe your computer is HAL; I can't let you do that Dave.
I found a page where it mentioned sometimes, somehow a window will have negative size. The solution was to right click the window in the taskbar and choose Move. The arrow will jump to the monitor corner, click an arrow key towards the center of the monitor, then when you drag with mouse the window automatically appears again.
